The menu centres on a limited-edition aperitivo line-up that keeps things classic: the bright lift of a Garibaldi, the smooth bitterness of a Negroni, and the refreshing sparkle of a Sbagliato. Familiar but never basic. Each one tastes like it belongs beside the water.

Then there’s the Vintage Negroni, a piece of liquid history built from rare bottles from the ’60s and ’70s that have travelled through decades to end up in your glass. A quiet flex, poured with purpose at the right table and the right sunset.
