We’re serving up a monthly rotation of house-made gelato—crafted by our pastry chefs and paired with wines that know how to play. It’s a little savoury, a little sweet, and a whole lot of fun.
This months lineup includes:
- Vegemite & Cheddar Swirled with light caramel and topped with freshly grated 150-day aged Gruyère → Paired with 2023 Ashton Hills Chardonnay
- Strawberry & Balsamic Sweet and tangy with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar → Paired with 2023 Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé
- Olive Oil Silky, savoury, finished with EVOO and dried Kalamata olives → Paired with 2021 De Iuliis Shiraz
