Join in on a fun and invigorating work out in our Helemoa Pool! Instructors lead the class with upbeat music in this water-based body-toning workout. Swimming attire is recommended. Classes are available Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 8:30AM.
