What is the Seattle Super Saunter?
The Seattle Super Saunter is a self-guided roughly 20+ mile adventure from the city's northernmost point (the shoreline South/148th street light rail) to the southernmost point (Garden of Gethsemane Church of God in Christ).
Although the Seattle Super Saunter is intended to be walked, there is by no means a mandate to walk. You can run, you can hop on the bus, you can skateboard, you can pogo stick, or combine multiple modes of transportation. With the only exception of driving and riding a motorcycle, this is your adventure so traverse Seattle how you want.
Folks are free to join for join all or part of the this free community saunter!

Although the Seattle Super Saunter has no one set route and folks are encouraged to get from the 148th st/Shoreline S. light rail station to Garden of Gethsemane church however you like, there will be a guided route that folks are willing to join at 8am on May 16, 2026 or on their own time. I have also included the guided route from last year as well. Feel free to follow these routes or take inspiration from them.
