SERA Executive Chef Lenny Tokoro welcomes San Antonio Chef Leo Davila for A Shared Table, a one-night collaboration dinner bringing together two chefs and the places, cultures and culinary influences that have shaped their cooking.

Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Chef Tokoro draws from his Filipino and Japanese heritage, global flavors and French techniques. Chef Davila brings together his San Antonio roots and Mexican and Chinese heritage, creating a distinctive culinary perspective grounded in the flavors of his hometown.

The five-course dinner begins with a signature amuse-bouche from each chef, followed by alternating courses throughout the evening. The menu features dishes including Chef Davila’s Smoked Cream Corn Tostada, Big Red & Barbacoa and Honey Walnut Shrimp alongside Chef Tokoro’s Ribeye Nigiri, Pan-Seared Mekajiki and Churros.

Each dish will be expertly paired with a wine selected to complement the flavors of the course.
