& Juliet is a touring musical that reimagines Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, centering on Juliet as she forges her own path while a contemporary pop-score propels the story. The Calgary engagement is staged at the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium, bringing a Broadway-caliber show to audiences as part of a national tour. It is notable for its use of Max Martin’s hit songs to tell a modern, empowering narrative and for expanding the reach of a popular jukebox musical to Canadian audiences.
