Calling all new moms! Join Fit4Mom for a functional, total-body workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength, cardio and core training, all while entertaining the little ones in a stroller! You'll leave class feeling connected, strong and energized. This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
