Indulge with us Wednesday, March 22nd at 6:30 pm for an intimate, family-style four-course dinner expertly paired with Xicaru Artesanal Mezcal, a traditionally produced, small batch mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Menu highlights include scallop crudo, light broiled prawn, wild mushroom spiced ribeye, and tres leches with cajeta. With each course, Dennis Barnett, Xicaru Mezcal's co-founder, accompanied by sommelier Georgi Stoianov will guide you through tasting different Xicaru expressions, the origins of Mezcal, and time-honored farm-to-bottle production methods offering the spirit neat and in a cocktail.
