From Roasted Pumpkin Soup to the amazing Sweet Room. Salad choices are Black Bean and Roasted Corn Quinoa Salad, Beet and Apple Salad and a chance to customize your own salad. There will be a Sushi Bar and Seafood Display with crab legs, oysters, shrimp and tuna poke. The Carving Station features Herb Roasted Turkey with sage gravy and cranberry sauce, Honey Citrus Glazed Ham, Roasted Fall Vegetable Quinoa Strudel, and the Sides options include Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Haricot Verts with almonds, Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts, Cornbread Stuffing and more. A Risotto Bar includes a selection of mushrooms, green peas, shrimp, short rib and others. The Sweet Room is deliciously thrilling: Pumpkin, Apple, Pecan, Strawberry Rhubarb Pies; Pumpkin Cognac Cheesecake; Apple Galette; Ginger Panna Cotta; Fruit Tarts; and even more. Chef's Dessert Stations serve Crepes with various fillings, Cotton Candy and Waffle Cookie with ice cream.
