Midweek, enjoy a balanced 11-course expression of the season, beginning with cold-water shellfish and progressing through ankimo and anago. The experience finishes with a sushi sequence designed to build in richness and depth.
On Friday and Saturday, our extended 14-course omakase experience showcases a broader range of flavours and textures, where Yamagata wagyu features as a signature course. The final sushi sequence incorporates scampi, pearl meat and wagyu for a more layered finish.
