    About this event

As a prime time to channel our energy into something that keeps us "grounded", join The Westin London City for an exclusive yoga class.

Earth Hour is a global call to action for individuals, businesses, and organisations to unite in the largest environmental event in history by turning non-essential lights off for one hour. On Saturday 25th March 2023, participants will be joining in the cause between 8:30pm and 9:30pm (local time). This hour gives us all an opportunity to not only display our commitment to the global initiative, but to also reflect upon why we have a responsibility to the planet.

As this is a prime time to channel our energy into something that keeps us "grounded", The Westin London City together with Lauren Tai are organising a yoga class. More than a global switch-off, Earth Hour is a symbol of unity, hope and a demonstration of the power of collective action for our future and the planet.

The class will be held by Lauren Tai, certified yoga teacher with over 6 years of experience teaching around different locations in London.

Open to all abilities, the yoga class will be focusing on a reconnection to nature and to our roots followed by a meditative contemplation to set our pledges to the environment.

For the occasion, The Westin London City is supporting the London Wildlife Trust by donating all the benefits to their organisation. Founded in 1981, London Wildlife Trust is a local nature conservation charity for Greater London. They aim to protect London's wildlife and wild spaces and manage 40+ nature reserves.

Please join us for a blissful moment at The Westin London City. Book your spot now on Eventbrite.
