Together, we'll be exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork to tap into an altered state of consciousness that can be incredibly profound, healing and bring a deep sense of connection to yourself and others.
Together, we will be setting our intentions, sharing the experience with the breath and closing at the end with another share to bring the group together and round off the experience.
