This summer, W Budapest welcomes a culinary takeover in collaboration with one of the city’s most exciting Chinese dining destinations, 101 Bistro.

For one night only, on 18 June, discover an exclusive bao and dumpling experience curated by Lu Boen, co-owner of 101 Bistro, whose approach is deeply rooted in China’s rich culinary heritage.

Expect soft, pillowy bao, delicately pleated dumplings and bold, umami-rich flavours, including the Classic Pork Belly Confit Bao, Pulled Duck Bao and the exclusive W X 101 Duck Liver & Eel Bao created especially for the evening.

Throughout the night, guests will also experience a live dumpling station by Chef Lí, who has an experience of almost 30 years in folding dumplings.

Alongside the food takeover, the terrace transforms with a special BAO & BEATS music line-up featuring:
